Position Description

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving growth for our event marketing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments for our services.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients to discuss their event marketing needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus but not required.
